Introduction

Welcome to ReviewHandy, operated by Sajitha Palaniappan and our team (“Company”, “us”, “we”, or “our”)! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ReviewHandy website at reviewhandy.com and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information that results from your use.

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you may not access the Service.

Communications

By creating an account on our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications by following the unsubscribe link or by emailing us at [email protected].

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your payment method details.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) in connection with any purchase; and (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons.

We reserve the right to modify the number of AI replies included in any plan or impose usage restrictions at any time.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually). Billing cycles are set on a regular basis depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or ReviewHandy cancels it. You may cancel your subscription renewal either through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected].

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information. By submitting such payment information, you authorize ReviewHandy to charge all subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, ReviewHandy will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period.

Fee Changes

ReviewHandy, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify subscription fees. Any subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle.

ReviewHandy will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of the Service after the subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified subscription fee amount.

Free Tools

We may provide certain free tools (such as the Free AI Review Reply Generator) at no cost. These tools are offered “as is” without warranty. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue free tools at any time without notice.

Fair Usage Policy

ReviewHandy is committed to providing high-quality, reliable service for all users. We expect all our users to avoid misuse or overuse of our services. Overuse by one user may impact the quality of service for others. Users are encouraged to select plans that align with their professional needs and business size. High-usage users should consider upgrading to a more robust plan or contacting us for a custom plan.

The vast majority of users (over 95%) consistently operate within the defined parameters. Exceeding these parameters could lead to restricted or reduced service access, with or without prior warning.

Our system diligently monitors for automated or robotic behavior to maintain service safety and quality. Please be aware that sharing login details of accounts for monetary gains is considered a violation of these Terms. Each seat is intended for one individual user only, and multiple users sharing one account are not permitted.

Warning: Please note that unusually high usage or sharing of login details could lead to account suspension or deletion without prior notice, with no possibility for refunds.

Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• To post fake, misleading, or fraudulent review replies
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate ReviewHandy, a ReviewHandy employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
• To attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
• To use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Service for any purpose
• To introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful
• To violate the terms of service of any connected review platform (including Google Business Profile)

Analytics

We may use third-party service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

Age Requirement

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By creating an account and using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you have provided is accurate.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password.

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate review reply suggestions. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all replies before posting them to any platform.

ReviewHandy is not liable for any consequences resulting from replies you choose to publish.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ReviewHandy and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of the review replies you create and publish. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Error Reporting and Feedback

You may provide us either directly at [email protected] or via third-party sites and tools with information and feedback concerning errors, suggestions for improvements, ideas, problems, complaints, and other matters related to our Service (“Feedback”).

You acknowledge and agree that: (i) you shall not retain, acquire, or assert any intellectual property right or other right, title, or interest in or to the Feedback; (ii) ReviewHandy may have development ideas similar to the Feedback; (iii) Feedback does not contain confidential information or proprietary information from you or any third party; and (iv) ReviewHandy is not under any obligation of confidentiality with respect to the Feedback.

Third-Party Links and Integrations

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by ReviewHandy. The Service also integrates with third-party platforms such as Google Business Profile.

ReviewHandy has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms of service.

Disclaimer of Warranty

These services are provided by ReviewHandy on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ReviewHandy makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content or materials included therein.

To the full extent permissible by applicable law, ReviewHandy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. ReviewHandy does not warrant that the Service, its servers, or communications are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

Except as prohibited by law, you will hold us and our officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damage, however it arises (including attorneys' fees and all related costs and expenses of litigation and arbitration), whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tortious action, or arising out of or in connection with this agreement.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us at [email protected].

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via the Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.
